JAMMU, Aug 7: The body of a gardner was recovered from canal at village Kotha Gurdia, under the jurisdiction of RS Pura police station.
Police spokesman said that, body of Roshan Lal, son of Amarnath of Barnota, working as gardner at RS Pura park was recovered from canal at village Kotha Gurdia.
The body was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where after postmortem, and it was later handed over to family members for last rites.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at RS Pura police station and investigation started.
