KISHTWAR, Aug 11: Dead body of a newly born baby was found in a bathroom at District Hospital here under mysterious circumstances.
As per reports after spotting the body police was informed, which reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary.
After registering a case US 318 IPC police seized records and CCTV footage of District Hospital for investigation.
