SRINAGAR, Dec 9: Police have recovered a 50 years old female body in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district last evening.
Police Post Bypass recovered an unidentified female body at Bagi-e-Nindsingh near Yateem Trust. The body of deceased woman is lying in SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for medico- legal formalities. Police have initiated inquest Proceeding under Section 174 CrPC in this regard.
Meanwhile, an employee of Power Development Department (PDD), Mohammed Ashraf, son of Ghulam Mohammed resident of Kapran, fell from an electric pole while rectifying the fault, resulting in serious injuries.
The injured was shifted to District Hospital Anantnag where he succumbed to his injuries. The body of deceased was handed over to his next of kins for last rites. Police have registered a case in this regard.
