Srinagar, Dec 24: Bollywood actor, Gagan Deep Singh, who is nowadays in Kas-hmir working for his upco-ming film “HIS NAME IS TRUE” was fined by Srinagar Traffic Police at Dalgate for driving a bike without wearing helmet.
A senior Traffic Police officer said that he was fined Rs 1500 for not wearing helmet while he was driving a motor cycle in Dalgate area of Srinagar.
