JAMMU, Feb 7: A bomb scare was created in Rajouri town after an abandoned small size water camper was found lying on a bridge here this evening.
Official sources said that a water camper has found abandoned under suspicious condition on Hamilton Bridge near Youths Service and Sports office, Rajouri. The locals suspected some foul play and the movement of people and vehicles over the bridge was stopped. They suspected it as an IED planted in camper.
The information was given to the Rajouri Police Station and a police party from Police Post, City , along with bomb disposal squad rushed to the spot. The bomb disposal squad thoroughly checked the water camper and found that it was full of water. Nothing like explosive was found in it. It was later removed fro there and the movement of traffic and public was allowed.
