JAMMU, Aug 14 : A bootlegger was arrested with 50 pouches of illicit Desi Whisky in RS Pura area of city outskirts. The accused has been identified as Joginder Singh son of Thoru Ram, a resident of Flora in RS Pura. A case Fir No 125/15 U/S 48A Excise Act has been registered at police station RS Pura and investigations started.
