UDHAMPUR, Nov 12: Police seized 55 bottles and 47 poly pouches of liquor which were being smuggled by a bootlegger from Landar area of Udhampur under Police Station Panchari.
The accused has been identified Chain Singh of Kansal Lander, who was carrying the liquor bottles and pouches in a polythene bag for illegal sale.
In this connection, a case under 48A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Panchari.
