KATRA, Nov 26: Police arrested a bootlegger and seized 25 poly pouches of J&K Excise liquor from his possession.
The accused, identified as Kaku Ram of Jhajjar Kotli, was arrested at Police Check Post Searli Katra when he was smuggling the liquor for its illegal sale.
A case under Section 48 (a) Excise Act 188 RPC has been registered in this connection at Police Station Katra.
