DODA, May 17: Police today arrested one person in connection with illegal possession of 42 pouches of illicit liquors (frooties) from Paryote Pul, near here.
A team of District Police headed by Incharge, Police Post, Pul Doda, laid a naka at Paryote Pul Doda and during checking recovered 42 illicit ‘frooties’ from the possession of one Parveen Kumar son of Naseeb Singh, resident of Malhori (Tehsil and District Doda).
The accused was arrested on the spot and a case FIR No 84/2014 U/S 48-(f) Ex Act stands registered at Police Station Doda.
