KATRA, July 7: Katra Police today arrested a bootlegger and seized 38 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
During checking at Counter number 2, Police party apprehended the accused, namely Anil Kumar of Doda, at present Banganga road Katra, and recovered 38 poly pouches measuring 250/250 ml each of J&K Excise liquor from his possession.
FIR under Section 48 Excise Act and 188 RPC has been registered in this connection at Katra Police Station.
