KATRA, June 17: Continuing its drive against illicit liquor in holy town Katra, Police today seized 45 poly pouches of J&K Excise liquor and apprehended the bootlegger.
The bootlegger, identified by Kiran Kumar, resident of Matyal, was apprehended by a Police team, headed by Dr Ashok Sharma, SDPO Katra, along with SHO Katra Inspector Kuldeep Krishan.
In this connection, a case under 48-A Excise Act and 188/RPC has been registered at Police Station Katra.
