JAMMU, Dec 3: Police today arrested a bootlegger and recovered 60 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession near Garhi Morh, falling under the jurisdiction of Khour Police Station.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police party from Khour Police Station laid a naka near Garhi Morh, Jourian and intercepted a cyclist.
During checking, police recovered 60 pouches of illicit liquor and arrested the bootlegger, who has been identified as Raju, a resident of Ward number 9, Khour.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Khour Police Station and investigation started.
