Bootlegger nabbed

JAMMU, Nov 18: Bhaderwah police nabbed a bootlegger along with large quantity of illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bhaderwah police station apprehended a man along with 43 pouches of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Narinder Singh, son of Mashir Singh of Maasri, at present Dranga, Bhaderwah.
He was carrying the illicit liquor pouches to his village for selling among the people for illegitimate profits.
A case under FIR Number 137/16 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered against the accused at Bhaderwah police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bhaderwah Inspector Jatinder Sambyal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Sajjad Khan, Additional SP Bhaderwah Sargun Shukla and SSP Doda Zahid Naseem Manhas.
