JAMMU, Apr 20: Bishnah police foiled bovine smuggling bids and rescued 9 cattle.
As per police sources, a team from Bishnah police station rescued 9 bovine animals in two separate incidents and seized a Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK02BB-9780.
In both the incidents, the accused escaped from the spot taking benefit of the darkness.
Bishnah police registered cases in this regard and hunt has been launched to nab the accused.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector PP Singh foiled the bovines smuggling bids under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
