KISHTWAR, Sept 16: Atholi Police foiled a bovines smuggling bid.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Atholi led by SHO Inspector Vikram Parihar and assisted by PSI Rahul Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Atholi Vikram Singh laid a naka at Gandhari Morh and apprehended two persons along with 18 bovine animals, which they were trying to smuggle.
A case FIR Number 33/2022 under sections 188 IPC and 11 PCA Act has been registered at Police Station Atholi and investigation taken up.
