POONCH, May 3: A 12 years old boy drowned when he had gone to bath in the river near Poonch city today.
Identified as Zameel Rasool, Hazi Ghulam Rasool, resident of Surankote, the boy had gone to the house of his maternal grandmother in Poonch City. .
The locals said that boy was bathing with his friends at Poonch river. He slipped into the deep water and drowned. The police team lead by SHO Poonch and SDRF rushed to the spot and started search of the boy. The locals and family members were also looking for the boy who was still missing.
