REASI, Sept 2: In a tragic incident, a class 11th student was electrocuted when he came in contact with a High Tension wire at Maman Kot in Chasana, here today.
The deceased was identified as Mohd Ishfaq (17), son of Mohd Rafiq of Maman Kot and a student of class 11th at Government Higher Secondary School Chana.
The innocent boy was trying to hook a cable with High Tension wire for electricity connection to his house from atop a tree when he got electrocuted.
The incident took place around 5.30 pm today.
