RAJOURI, May 16: A 12-year-old boy was electrocuted in Badal area while a villager fell down from a tractor and was killed on the spot in Dangri area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that Mohd Imran, son of Mohd Rashid, resident of Makhu Galla in Badal climbed up a tree at his village to get leaves for the cattle. He got trapped in the live wires passing closer to the tree and was thrown away with the severe electric shocks. The boy was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared as brought dead.
In yet another mishap one Roshan Lal, son of Madal Lal, resident of Ganai near Dangri fell down from a moving tractor trolley. He received head injuries and was rushed to Rajouri hospital. The doctors declared him as dead. The police registered a case in this connection.
