SRINAGAR, July 1: A teenage boy was killed after a cloudburst struck a village in southern Kulgam district.
Police said seventeen year old Shabir Ahmad Garsee, a resident of Sarbadree Homepathri village of the Kulgam, was killed when a cloudburst struck the village last night.
He said that the police rushed to the spot after learning about the incident and initiated further course of action.
