JAMMU, July 3: Govar Dhan Yadav (18), S/o Ram Vilas Yadav, a permanent resident of Bihar, at present at Bann Batehra, Jammu has been reported missing since June 2, 2014 noon from Rajpura Mangotrian, Jammu.
