BPCL celebrates Sanjeevni Wellness month

JAMMU, Sept 30: As a part of company’s policy on HSSE, BPCL celebrated ‘Sanjeevni’ – Wellness Month” at all its locations in India, where it conducted free medical camps for the well-being and sensitized staff along transport crew members about importance of staying healthy.
At its Jammu Depot the event carried out with equal excitement and enthusiasm as other locations all across India. The event started with a health & safety pledge followed with health tips like heart, E.N.T., blood sugar, blood pressure & Pranayama.
BPCL Retail Territory Manager, Rajesh Sharma addressed the TL crew discussing the importance of frequent health check-ups and maintaining health to remain fit for job. Overall coordination of the event was carried out by Health and Safety Officer, Nissar Parray.
BPCL has established clear objectives and targets in order to improve continuously for the prevention of accidents & occupational illness with minimising any impact of its activities on the environment. It promotes learning through various trainings, sharing of experiences and the best practices, with contractors, customers and public wherever required.
