POONCH, July 26: The people of Poonch-Haveli area have been suffering badly as internet and other BSNL services in the area are snapped for the last 48 hours.
The sources in the BSNL said that due to damage caused to the Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) between Rajouri and Poonch, the services have been badly hit. The internet service has also been snapped and the work in the banks affected. The ATM service is also suspended and transactions in banks have been stalled. The cell phone and allied services have also been hit in many areas, the sources said.
