JAMMU, Nov 27: Senior National Conference (NC) leader and party candidate for Marh Assembly Constituency, Ajay Sadhotra today said that the bright future of people of J&K lies in the hands of NC as party always toil hard for the welfare of the people of the State.
He was speaking during a series of meetings at village Murarpur, Bhure Chak, Malke Chak and Thalwal in Marh Assembly Constituency. Sadhotra also inaugurated Election Office at Parladhpur.
During the meetings, Sadhotra was given rousing reception in these villages and was attended by a large number of supporters. While addressing the audience, he said that NC has a glorious history since its inception and has remained the champion to highlight and redress the cause and concern of common masses.
“J&K is the only State where the tillers became the owners of land over night due to the policies and programmes of the party which always stood for the welfare of all particularly of poor, downtrodden, peasants, workers, etc”, he added.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Sarpanch Subash Sharma, Sarpanch Bishan Dass Sarpanch Baru Ram, Raghubir Singh, chairman, election campaign committee of NC, Panch Rakesh Kumar and Kasturi Lal, Block secretary.
