Sir,
This has reference to the subject ‘Bringing corrupt to book’ which has been highlighted time and again in this paper. A very deep meaning thought has been raised that “the Wheel of Justice has been moving so slow” which is damaging over society in general. Be it justice from Hon’ble Courts or from the Government itself, the justice has always been delayed and the benefit of this delay is being reaped by Corrupt and criminals.
A few days back I was watching a discussion programme on delayed Justice on a TV channel where the panelists were eminent personalities from the field of Law and Justice. While in discussion, the audience and the host posed a number of issues regarding the delay in Justice for which the panelists answered very beautifully and gave solution to each and every problem which were practical and were possible for any Government to implement within no time. One question that came to my mind was that We all know our problems and solutions to these problems is also known to us then what is stopping us from emerging out from our problems ? This is a Big Question mark for me and the reason for this is”Decision Making”. Who will take decision and why will he take decision ?
