JAMMU, Nov 7: British International School organised free dental check up camp in association with Dr Manik Gupta, Chief Dental Surgeon at Elite Smile Dental Clinic, Gandhi Nagar, here today.
Dr Manik Gupta examined nearly 139 children of the school and demonstrated proper brushing techniques to all the children.
He stressed on brushing teeth twice a day for good oral hygiene.
Few students of the school were found to be affected by tooth decay and dental problems and were appropriately guided by Dr Manik for follow up.
Free toothbrushes and toothpastes were distributed among students by Sumit Gandotra, Oral Care Consultant Colgate Palmolive India.
Chairperson of the school,Gita Sharma thanked all the members of the team and doctor for conducting the camp and demanded for regular check-up camps for students in future also.
