KISHTWAR, Aug 1: The customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Paddar area have irked with its services, as the same are getting worst by each passing day.
The residents of Paddar alleged that since BSNL started its services in the area, there had always been complaints that the service is very down and is needed to be given major boost to its functioning but authorities did nothing in this regard.
“With each and every passing day world is experiencing better telecommunication facilities but in Paddar there is only BSNL that too only upto Gulabgarh”, they said adding one fails to make a call after continuous efforts for hours together.
Meanwhile, Randeep Bhandari, a Congress leader from Kishtwar demanded the intervention of CMD BSNL to look into the matter because more than 2 lakh devotees are visiting every year in the area to attend famous Machail Yatra and more than 20,000 people are living there.
