SRINAGAR, Mar 18: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, has decided to keep all its customer care centers open across the Valley for collection of cash/bills on all the coming Sundays as well as the holidays during March this year.
In a press release, the Public Relations Officer of BSNL, Masood Balla said that the decision has been taken in view of the prevailing uncertain circumstances in the Kashmir valley. He said the decision has been taken so that the customers are able to pay their bills and also accomplish their assignment at the BSNL offices even on designated holidays.
The Public Relations Officer said that the customers can pay all their bills at any customer care center of the SSA and in case of any inconvenience they can contact the area divisional engineer or accounts officer.
