JAMMU, July 2: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) customers had to face manifold problems due to network fluctuation for the past over three days.
The BSNL customers were facing problems due to network fluctuation for the past over three days, which was rectified by the BSNL authorities today.
As per BSNL officials, a technical fault came into the router software and due to traffic congestion, the traffic were diverted to redundant routes to over congestion.
However, the fault was rectified and services have been restored by this afternoon, he added.
