BSP demands early rebuilding of bridge

NAGROTA, Aug 9: Bahajun Samaj Party (BSP) in a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of its State general secretary Rakesh Wazir, flayed the authorities for using sub-standard material in the Nagrota-Baleni bridge, which was washed away in the first flood of monsoon season this year. They demanded early rebuilding of the bridge.
Extending their support to the agitating locals on National Highway near Nagrota, who also disrupted the vehicular traffic, BSP activists urged the authorities to make a shift bridge with the help of army, as the people of the area including school going children are facing acute hardships.
The meeting among other was attended by Sarpanch Toke Waziran, Gardhari Lal, Harbans Lal, Subhash Chander, Sham Lal, Dhani Ram, Sita Ram and many others.
