BSP expresses concern over non utilization of Central funds

JAMMU, Nov 25: Bahujan Samaj Party has expressed their serious concern by exposing the negligence of Coalition Government   for not utilizing last two years’ Central fund.
This was stated  by the State BSP president, Tulsi Dass Langeh while addressing  BSP leaders meet. He said that State Government does not have its own sufficient resources to meet requirement and miserably failed to secure the Rs 2064 crore Special Plan Assistance from Planning Commission of India (PCI) and Ministry of Finance, Government of India for want of submission of project scheme-wise detail.
Adding, in this contest State Planning Department furnished lump-sump detail to avail the grant, but PCI refused to release the funds in absence of project/scheme wise detail.
BSP leaders stressed upon the Chief Minister that instead of issuing baseless statements he should gear-up his Government machinery, so that Special assistance plan could be released.
