JAMMU, Apr 5: State president of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Tulsi Dass Langeh today said that BSP was getting tremendous response of the people in Jammu, Samba, Kathua and other parts of the region during the election campaign.
Talking to media-persons here today, Mr Langeh, who was accompanied by party candidate from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat Ashok Bhagat and Dharam Paul Balgotra from Kathua-Udhampur-Doda constituency, said many people are joining BSP and the party was getting good public response. He said that people have been fed up with the ruling National Conference and Congress due to their misrule.
The people have also seen PDP and the BJP and they are now looking for the alternative. These parties have betrayed them in the past. BSP is the only party which can provide justice to all the sections of society and particularly those who are neglected and down trodden. The people should support Mayawati and vote for BSP candidates.
Mr Bhagat claimed that if BSP is voted to power, it would resolve refugees’ issue once for all. The party is also committed for the implementation of Mandal Commission report in the Jammu and Kashmir. The other parties have failed to implement the same and provide justice to the OBCs, Mr Bhagat maintained.
