R S PURA, Mar 24: In view of upcoming Lok Sabha elections, BSP J&K president, Darshan Rana here today visited R.S Pura and Suchetgarh areas and appealed to the public to give full support to BSP candidates in upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Senior BSP leaders Sardar Raja Singh, Bishan Das Bhagat, Hari Chand, Satpal Baboria, Raj Kumar and Gurdev Singh also accompanied Rana during the visit and they organized election meetings with people in different villages of R.S Pura.
Rana said that public should support BSP candidate so that the party can serve the interests of public after winning these elections.
He flayed the present Government for giving only eight per cent reservation to OBCs and said that the population of OBCs is very high in J&K.
The BSP leader also said that only his party can work for the betterment of people of every section of the society.
He said that justice was done to the people of Uttar Pradesh during the reign of BSP national president Mayawati and if BSP forms Government in J&K, then they will provide justice to the people.
“BSP has fielded candidates from Jammu-Reasi Lok Sabha seat and also from Udhampur-Kathua Lok Sabha seat, in such a situation the public should give their full support in making BSP candidates successful,” he maintained.
