BST supporters hold protest, take out Auto rally

JAMMU, Aug 12: Bharat Swabhiman Trust (BST) supporters today held a protest in front of Press Club demanding bringing back of black money stashed in foreign banks.
During protest Purani Mandi Mandir, Mahant Rameshwer Das said that Central Government knows that if it brings a strong Lokpal, 90 per cent of its Ministers would be behind the bars. He said that BST would launch countrywide agitation.
Trust Sangathan Mantri GL Sharma, Mukand Lal Sharma, convenor Pensioners Association, Trust District president Amarjeet Singh, Pawan Shastri, Raman Sharma, besides many others also spoke on the occasion.
Meanwhile, at Samba, Bharat Swabhiman Trust (BST) took out an Auto rally, which started from Bus Stand and passed through various areas of the district.
The rally was organised by the Trust in support of Baba Ramdev’s dharna at New Delhi.
The members of the trust assembled at Bus Stand under the leadership of district president Nilamber Dogra and raised slogan in favour of Baba Ramdev and demanded fulfillment of the legitimate demands.
The rally starting from Bus Stand passed through Hospital road, Hari Singh Chowk, Arazi and concluded at the starting point.
Addressing the gathering, Nilambar Dogra said that Government should implement Lokpal Bill and strong action should be taken to eradicate corruption and bring black money back to India.
Among others who spoke were Biram Singh, Avinash Singh, Ravikant Sharma, Ramdass, Tulsi Dass Sharma, Anuradha Sharma, Nitish Sharma, Des Raj, etc.
Meanwhile, BST also organised a rally at Udhampur in support of Yog Guru Baba Ramdev, for his struggle to bring the black money from abroad and implementation of Lokpal Bill.
While speaking, Yog Raj Khajuria, district president, disclosed that the main aim of the rally was to aware the masses against the rising corruption.
