JAMMU, Dec 2: The Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, decided to make a recommendation to the Governor to summon and address the Joint Session of the State Legislature on January 18 at 11am in Jammu.
The State Cabinet in its meeting earlier on November 19 had decided to advance the Budget Session to facilitate the Government agencies to improve their expenditure capacity and ensure optimum fund utilization during the next financial year.
