RAJOURI, Oct 2: Some thieves broke into the house of a Police constable at Kotranka and decamped with gold ornaments and Rs 25,000 cash last night.
Reports said Constable Altaf Hussain had gone to Rajouri as his wife was admitted in district hospital for the last two days. Thieves taking advantage, broke into the house and decamped with gold ornaments worth Rs 2.25 lakh and Rs 25,000 cash besides some electronic items last night. The matter has reported to Kotranka police which registered a case and started investigation.
