JAMMU, Nov 10: A Burma national has been booked for raping a minor girl.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by parents of a girl hailing from Burma, at present Narwal with Police Station Bahu Fort stating that Mohammad Yousuf, son of Abdullah, a resident of Burma, at present Narwal raped their daughter.
After conducting medical examination the girl has been restored to family members.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 285/18 under Section 10 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act at Bahu Fort Police Station and hunt has been launched to nab the accused.
