BVP adopts Kotla to develop as model village

REASI, July 6: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), J&K has adopted village Kotla for development as a model village.
In this connection, Prantiya Samagra Gram Project Implementation Committee headed by Ved Parkash Sharma, chairman, accompanied by SN Sharma, chief advisor, Jagdish Chander Sharma, Gopal Sharma and Shiv Ram Sharma visited the village.
Rajesh Baru, president, Shree Shiv Khori Shrine Gramin Branch Kotla and Jagdish Sharma, district coordinator of BVP, briefed the committee regarding civil works to be taken up in village which include development of pond of historic Bheem Goda of Pandava period, restoring its religious sanctity besides construction of bathing, washing and cattle ghat, and improving sanitation system of the village.
A Village co-ordination and monitoring committee for implementation of said project was also formed on the occasion.
