JAMMU, Nov 10: BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA) Jammu organized a seminar on ‘Goal Setting, Career Counselling and Stress Management’ for wards of BSF personnel at BWWA Community Hall Paloura campus here.
Rizwan Uddin, Commissioner Regional Provident Fund, Jammu delivered lecture on the subject and motivated BSF School students to choose right career and also apprised them about the various techniques to mitigate the stress in our daily life. He involved all the audience in his exercise to ways and means to achieve their goals.
During the seminar, Rizwan Uddin laid stress on the need of developing friendly and cordial relations between the parents and their children and emphasized on minimizing peer pressure and a strict vigil against the drug abuse.
Officers of Jammu Frontier, BWWA members and 130 students of BSF Senior Secondary School Jammu witnessed the programme and showed a great enthusiasm and interest in the seminar.
Sunita Boora, President, BWWA stated that BSF Jammu has always been committed for all round development and welfare of BSF families and their wards and will keep on organizing such workshops and seminars from time to time.
