C-Zentrix eyes Rs 100-cr revenue in 3 years

NEW DELHI, Aug 14:  IT company C-Zentrix, which operates in customer management domain, is expecting a five-fold rise in revenues to Rs 100 crore over the next three years after it forayed into overseas market with an expanded product portfolio.

“We closed the financial year 2015-16 with around USD 3 million. This year, we are estimating it to be around USD 7.8 million. With our plans to expand overseas, especially into North America, and product portfolio expansion, we expect to clock revenues of Rs 100 crore in three years,” C-Zentrix CEO Saket Setu told PTI.

The 14-year old company is expanding its product basket from contact centre solution provider to customer relationship management with intelligence features.

“We have about 30 per cent market share in India. Recently, we became the first Indian company in contact centre solution space to be recognised in Gartner’s magic quadrant. Now, we are looking to expand to North America, the Middle East and South East Asia,” Setu said.

The company expects that with the new product bouquet, especially in North America, its revenue streams will undergo a shift wherein 70 per cent of the business will come from international market and 30 per cent from domestic, over the next three years.

At present C-Zentrix’ clients include Max Life Insurance Limited, ICICI Lombard, Reliance General Insurance, NIIT Limited, Amity University, Kohler India, Pidilite Industries, Snapdeal, Quirk etc.

In Bangladesh, it is serving Dhaka Call, Digicon and Sisnet, apart from Nexus in Malaysia.

“We are looking to expand beyond contact centre solution to business intelligence, social media and customer relations management. This will bring us growth in the coming years. We have already started expansion in some other customer management segments,” Setu said. (PTI)
