JAMMU, Dec 20: A deputation of Command Area Development (CAD) Employees Association under the chairmanship of its President Ghulam Mohammad Malik met Director Command Area Development Department Jammu Sumita Sethi and apprised her about the long pending issues of the CAD borne employees.
The issues include early approval of Service Recruitment Rules of Gazetted and Non-Gazetted posts of CAD Department, circulation of fresh seniority list of CAD borne employees, DPC of left out officials, transfer of posts of JAEOs from Agriculture Department to CAD Jammu, grant of in-situ promotions due in favour of employees, release of grade in favour of JAEOs working in their own pay and grade since 12-12-2003, allotment of one room accommodation to the CAD Employees Association, transfer policy for all non-gazetted staff, execution of Soil Conservation Works in the Department under proper procedure, all Junior Assistant and Senior Assistant of Agriculture Department, who are presently working in CAD Department Jammu be repatriated to their parent department as these officials are affecting the promotion avenues of CAD borne Junior Assistant and registration of CAD Employees Association Jammu.
After detailed discussion on the issues, Director CAD assured the deputation that their genuine demands will be redressed at the earliest.
Among others present were Surinder Singh Vice President, Chaman Lal Verma General Secretary, Udhay Kumar, Junior Agri Extension Officer CAD, Raj Kumar Field Assistant, Manohar Lal, Head Assistant, Jagdish Raj Junior Assistant, Girdhari Lal and Bachan Lal.
