SAMBA, Feb 14: Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Samba has claimed that it has already enhanced the wages of the labourers from Rs 110 to Rs 150 per day from January this year and strike of workers was unjustified.
A spokesman of the Unit today clarified that Cadila Company has implemented the revision in minimum wages notified by Government vide SRO No. 3 dated 4-1-2013 with effect from 1-1-2013. The PF has also been hiked to 12 %. He said the protest of casual workers of their unit was unjustified.
