Camp under PSGA held, 872 services provided

RAJOURI, July 8: In order to ensure time bound delivery of services of public importance and on spot redressal of public grievances, District Administ-ration today organized a camp at Chingus, Rajouri.
The camp was held under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Paramjeet Singh and a record number of 872 services were provided to the people.
The camp was attended by tehsil and block level officers of different departments. Large number of public from Niabat Chingus and adjoining area participated and availed the services.
Mass awareness was generated about various schemes of different departments by concerned officers and participants were called upon to avail the benefits of these schemes. They were also informed about the schedule of special drives to be held to enroll the youth in the age group of 18-21 besides dates of special camp to be organized at polling booths.
Services provided include PRCs (95), Extract of Jamabandhi (64), Girdawari (55), Mutations (51), Income Certificates (51), Character Certificates (10), Marriage Certificates (07),  Old age Certificates (85) and numerous other miscellaneous services.
It is important to mention here that Deputy Commissioner, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary launched the mass outreach campaign under PSGA for services at doorsteps on June 01.
