JAMMU, July 26: Now there is no need to wait for completion of class 12 to reach Canada for studies and even minor students of 4-17 years of age can go to Canada for their class 1-12 schooling.
As students are minor their parents or guardian can accompany them too and if they do not want to accompany, they can appoint the school as guardian for the student.
Mohali based Brilliant Consultants—an immigration company since 2002 is sending minors from all over India abroad for studies.
A handout stated that already 20+ minor students have reached Mississuaga based school for their schooling. Parents will travel on Tourist Visa and if they wish to settle in Canada they may convert their Visa through Edmonton office of the company into work permit which will lead to PR.
