UDHAMPUR, Feb 12: Police today arrested a truck driver from Naka point Motorshed Chenani and seized 120 grams cannabis from his possession.
The truck bearing registered number JK02W-0195 was on way from Kashmir to Jammu when it was intercepted by Police. During the checking, nine rolls of cannabis, weighing about 120 grams, were seized from possession of the driver, identified as Liyaqat Ali, son of Mohd Abdullah of Seri Chowana tehsil Haweli in Poonch.
Police arrested the accused seized the truck. In this connection, case FIR number 12/2021 U/s 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Chenani.
