NEW DELHI: SC says it cannot pass order on plea seeking stay on release of biopic on PM Narendra Modi as the Censor Board is yet to certify film.
SC posts hearing on Tuesday, saying order can be passed if petitioner brings on record what film depicts is highly objectionable.
