Days ago, I saw a sizeable number of people gathering outside ATM waiting for transaction. It is amazing that despite so many ATMs in Jammu city, people still have to wait a little longer for their turn to come. The reason is quite evident. Either the ATM was cashly starved or lying defunct.
I myself fell inconvenient many a time. The situation is even more grim on public holidays. In case of emergent situation (God save) when one may require urgent money and on that point of time if ATMs service is failed, the installation of ATMs is not serving the purpose fully. It is requested to the authority concerned that these ATMs should be made cashful all the time and defunct ATMs be made operational.
