POONCH, Mar 10: Goods worth lakhs of rupees were gutted in fire that broke out in a cattle feed and oil factory at village Chandak, here last night.
The factory was established by Nazima Akhter, daughter of Ghulam Nabi, under name and style Shaan Cattle Feed and Shaan Oil Mill.
People got to know about the fire incident hours after the first spark and before they reached the spot, the factory was completely burnt. Short circuit of electricity appears to be the cause of the fire.
On being informed by the locals, fire brigade reached the spot and controlled the blazes.
