Srinagar, Mar 3: Crime Branch (CB) of Jammu and Kashmir Police today produced charge sheet against three minors involved in Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) scam under the Juvenile Act before Chief Judicial Magistrate (Juvenile Court).
The CB also produced the 18 accused before the Special Judge Anti-Corruption court Srinagar.
The Crime Branch had named 25 persons as accused in the charge sheet filed before special judge anti-corruption (Kashmir) Mohan Lal Manhas on January 12 last year.
The accused included former BOPEE chairman Mushtaq Ahmad Peer, 12 students who got admission in the MBBS course after Peer sold question paper of the Common Entrance Test (CET) to them, parents of candidates and some brokers.
