Commemoration of BSF Raising Day

JAMMU, Nov 30: As part of outreach activities Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) Ministry of I&B Government of India Jammu organised two separate theme based cultural programmes through its empanelled PRTs at BSF Paloura Jammu and BSF Udhampur.
To mark the Raising Day of Border Security Force (BSF) on the occasion the cultural troupes at Paloura Jammu performed cultural activities based on Dogra and Kashmiri cultures besides the outreach theme like AKAM, EBSB. The programme was attended by a large number of Jawans and officers who appreciated the coordination by the CBC Jammu and expressed that the information received on Agniveer Scheme was very fruitful.
At Paloura Jammu CBC was represented by Miss Ritu Sharma performer.
Similarly the PRTs engaged for Udhampur programme displayed a colourful show depicting the grandeur of security forces especially BSF for guarding the nation. The troupes during their performance also touched the themes like EBSB, AKAM, and other Central Government schemes being publicised through CBC.
