JAMMU, Feb 6: The Government has attached the Chief Engineer Design Inspection & Quality Control (DIQC) in the PHE, I&FC Department P N Bali.
Official sources said that pending inquiry in the matter regarding violation of Rule-13(3) (4) Jammu and Kashmir Govt Employees Conduct Rules, 1971, Chief Engineer, DIQC Jammu, has been attached with the Administrative Department.
Rajiv Gandotra, Chief Engineer, RTIC Jammu shall hold the additional charge of the post of CE, DIQC till further orders.
It is worthwhile to mention here that as reported exclusively by ‘Excelsior’ two days ago, Bali had exposed corruption and nexus in I&FC department and also dared to speak how he was victimized by a top officer and shifted within five months of his appointment as CE, Irrigation and Flood Control Jammu. It was the outcome of this expose by a daring Government officer.
